2021: FIRST CORRAL START TIME: 8:30AM!
 

The Medoc Spring Race uses a unique "head start" system that is designed to equalize the race for all runners. This means the most talented runners for their age and gender can compete to win! Using information from the widely accepted WMA Age-grading calculator and information from the Dipsea Race, we have created the head start system below.

Below is an example of previous start times.  Each year, we review historical finish time data and adjust the start times accordingly. 2021 HEAD START TIMES CAN BE FOUND HERE.
